Extremely knowledgeable and makes herself available to meet your schedule. Guided us on making a counter offer based on local comps and made a very confusing process much easier. Lori is also helping us sell our previous home. We are lucky to have her in our corner.

Lori arranged for the sale of a lot we owned in Arizona but the sale did not go through because the perk test failed. The buyers could have put in a pumped system but did not want the extra expense. The same thing happened to an adjacent lot. When Lori was helping a buyer look for property in the area she came up with the idea of combining the two lots to make one larger very nice parcel. The lots are located high on a hill and afford spectacular views. She pitched the idea to the buyer and they were interested. Lori contacted us and the owners of the adjacent lot and we both agreed to sell. Lori made the whole process very easy for us especially since we do not live in Arizona and we did not have to go there to make the sale. She did a good job of keeping us informed as the sale progressed.
