Meet The Team

Lori Adamson, Associate Broker, GRI, CRS, CRB

Lori Adamson, Associate Broker, GRI, CRS, CRB, E-Pro Lori served as secretary of the Santa Cruz Board of Realtors 3 out of 5 years and the President of the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS in 2003. She was named REALTOR OF THE YEAR for the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS in 2002 and again in 2003. Recently she served as the Vice President of he newly formed Rio Rico Chamber of Commerce. Lori concentrates on listing and marketing homes and stays up-to-date on all the new technology advancements in today's Real Estate world. Her goal is to always provide the best possible service for her clients. Lori began working in Real Estate in 1985 in Fort Collins, Colorado. She obtained her Graduate Realtors Institute designation (GRI) in 1989 and her Broker's license in 1993. After moving to Arizona, she became the managing Broker of Rio Rico Realty in 1995 and bought the company the following year, changing the name to Rio Rico Homes & Land. She has continued her education and has obtained her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designations. In 2000, Lori and Joe decided to sell Rio Rico Homes & Land and join RE/MAX Associates. Believing you can never stop learning, in 2007 Lori obtained the E-Pro designation which demonstrates proficiency with using technology in the real estate business. In 2008 Lori changed companies to Connect Realty.com that is focused on internet advancements and tools for real estate as it will be done in the future. Lori was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in California. At 21, she moved with her young family to Colorado, where they lived for 18 years. Lori married Joe Adamson in 1993, and when Joe's job relocated him to Arizona, Lori and Joe settled in the beautiful community of Rio Rico. Now, with both sets of children on their own, Lori and Joe have been able to place all their attention and time to the business they both love, real estate.

Joe Adamson, ABR

Joe was born and raised in Wray, Colorado. After studying at Otero Junior College, he lived in Wray Colorado and Saint Francis Kansas while rainsing 3 daughters. Joe owned and managed restaurants for 22 years. After he left the restaurant business, he managed retail stores, which is what eventually led him to Arizona. In 1997, Joe obtained his Real Estate license. In his second year in the Real Estate business, he was a $2.9 million producer, and has had a steady increase each year since. He received his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 1998. His peers voted him REALTOR of the Year in Santa Cruz County in 1999. Joe has played a very active role in the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS, serving as chairman of several committees, and served as Board President in 2000. He participates in the Arizona chapter of the Boy Scouts, Joe has a long history with scouting having earned his Eagle Scout rank at age 15 served as a scout leader for many years. Joe has served the Rio Rico Rotary club as President 2002-2003. Joe was one of the origianl incorporators of the new Rio Rico Chamber of Commerce. Joe's active participation with the local Board of REALTORS and with community organizations gives him an excellent network and he preferrs to work exclusively with buyers. Joe has the energy, enthusiasm and time to help every client find that perfect home. Due to health problems associated with a brain tumor Joe has taken a medical leave from the business for right now.
